At-the-door prices and pricing for children (6-12 years) are listed on our website . A child's pass can only be purchased at the door with the child present. Children 5 years and under need to pick up a free pass at the door.
Remember that pre-registration passes can only be picked up DURING REGISTRATION HOURS. These hours are posted on our website well in advance of the convention. Thank you for understanding that our staff needs to rest, too!!
When registering online, be sure that you put the attendee's information in the attendee information blanks if someone else is paying for the registration.
There is a fee for online registration charged by Eventbrite. It is a percentage of the pass price. This fee will show up as an additional amount in each pass price.
You will be paying our sponsoring corporation, Educational Growth Across Oceans (EGAO).
Age information is used for demographic purposes only.
ALL transfer requests must be made by May 10, 2018 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Snail mail us a request or email [email protected]
Transfer requests made after price tier increase must be accompanied by the additional monies. For example, a pass bought at $55 in November 2017 can be transferred until December 31, 2017 with no additional monies; in January 2018, the request must be accompanied by the additional $5 difference in price.
Each attendee should bring a photo ID or a copy of the confirmation email when you come to pick up your pass. You will receive a QR code that you may bring with you to pick up your tickets, but this is NOT a ticket and cannot be used for direct access to the convention. Passes are picked up at the convention during registration hours.

and include the email address under which the pass was purchased and order number. Please contact us for your refund, as we are able to attend to those more quickly than refunds requested through Eventbrite or Paypal.
Refunds are allowed up to 30 days before the convention. 180 days before the convention, the amount refunded drops to 50%. At 120 days, it drops to 25%. 30 days until the convention itself, we will no longer grant refunds. Prior to 180 days (that is, from the end of the prior convention to 180 days before the next convention) we will refund 100%. All refunds are subject to a $5 administrative fee, and electronic registration fees, including Eventbrite and PayPal fees, are non-refundable.

180-91 days before convention - 50%
90-31 days before convention - 25%
30 days before convention - 0%
